FIELD / USAGE PURPOSE       : Textile Printing Process / Textile Printing Ink

 

PROPERTIES                             :

• REPRINT BAR-W is a ready to use barrier paste for printing applications.

• Due to formulation of REPRINT BAR-W, the product prevents migration of ground dyestuff to the printed area on the textile during thermal process

• REPRINT BAR-W is used for preventing sublimation of ground dyestuff to the surface of pigment printed area.

• REPRINT BAR-W is effective against sublimation of remained reactive colorant that appears on surface.

• The product has excellent elastic structure and high wash resistance.

• The product does not easily dry out on screens.

• REPRINT BAR-W is completely free from phthalates.

 

APPLICATION & DOSAGE          :

• Should not be used together with unrecommended additives.

• The product should be stirred well before use.

• Screens must be cleaned immediately after printing process is complete.

 

Printing conditiones:

• It should be printed as a first layer with the printing design.

• Dry before pass to the printing step.

• Regular printing and curing conditiones.
