• If special fastnesses are required or if critical fabric qualities are used, a fixing agent can be added to the printing pastes.

• Widely used on General Knitted and Woven Fabrics: (Mercerized) Cotton, T/C, CVC, T/R, Polyester, Acrylic, etc. It is water-based environmental printing binder system free of formaldehyde, PVC, phthalate and heavy metals.

APPLICATION & DOSAGE :
• We recommend to stir up REPRINT RBC PREMIUM before use. If it stored for a long time, viscosity can be increased. It can be dilute up to %5 soft binders.
• Add to REPRINT RBC PREMIUM the needed amount of the pigment concentrate. Concentration of pigment should not be above 8 -10% when using European standard pigment concentrates.
• Mix pigments in the printing paste with a high speed homogenizing mixer, until all pigment is very well dispersed in the paste. Through a very fine mesh screen.
• Dry it completely before the washing test or else it will affect the testing result.
Printing Process:
• Application by means of all common screen printing methods with monofilament PES screen or rotary template , gauzes of 34 - 90 S/T, preferably 43 - 62 S/T, depending on design and quality of goods. it can be print depend of target 2 or 3 layer and after every layer need drying.
Recommended conditions for drying and fixation:
• Curing between 3-2 min. 130 - 140 °C
• When fixing with IR radiators or other sources of energy it is essential to run a meaningful trial before going into production.
